Last Tuesday I went for a fitting session at
Vogue Collection, one of the sponsors for our ROM ceremony. The whole selection process was really quick, unlike my first fitting at Posh months back. Of course, then, I had to choose a total of 5 gowns, while I only had to choose one here at Vogue. This time mom went with me as TW was at work. I found what I need after just 4 tries, and mom gave a nod of approval. The lady who helped me to choose the gown also took a photo to be submitted to the make-up artist to decide on the right make-up and costume jewelleries for me. All settled in less than 30 minutes!
Later that evening, I went with TW to Lord's Tailor (another sponsor) at Bangsar and Kenny was there to greet us. He provided TW with some photos of various suit designs. Unknown to me, TW had done some research on his own and already had an idea of what he wanted. I am basically an idiot when it comes to dressing up a man (I never decide on what he wears) so I made no suggestions. At least not until he decided to make a complete black suit from head to toe! :O What will his mother say of this complete black attire?? (btw, the Chinese are very particular about using black for weddings). Kenny asked if we had any colour theme, and since we didn't have any, he suggested a medium dark suit so that he can use it as a morning and evening attire, but no......he had to opt for a complete black one. *sigh* No doubt Kenny will make him a dashing groom, he he he....but I hope he don't suffer from heatstroke since the event will be out in the gardens in the morning! :P
The suit will be ready for fitting end of this month. Can't wait to see it! ;)
