Bridal House - CHECKED!

*Phew* One more item to strike off my checklist after I decided to give a 2nd chance to the Wedding Expo at MidValley (was not to impressed after the first visit last Fri). There is another show coming up in March, but I was not sure that I'd be able to make my decision then either. I wonder if there is a cure for being fickle-minded?

Anyway, all is final now, and I signed up with Posh Wedding after 2 hrs of discussion with them. The package that I chose costs higher than my pre-allocated budget, but my sweet darling brother, Mike said he'll give that to me as a wedding gift! Thank you, bro!!!! The only thing that TW and I need to decide now is to allocate a date to choose the gowns and a date for the photography session. That should give me less headache...I think!

Mommy's worries

An excerpt of my conversation with mom this morning:

Me: Do you think it's a good idea to go for an out-of-town ROM?
Mom: Of course not! Do you think you will have so much free time for that?
Me: Why not?
Mom: You haven't even taken your pre-wedding photos, nor selected a bridal house yet!
Me: Well, I still have time till April!
Mom: Don't you need to lose some weight or something like that? April is not that far away!
Me: Erm....why?
Mom: To look good in the wedding gown, of course...or at least to fit into them nicely. You only do this once in your lifetime!
Me: That won't be necessary. The skills of the photographers are amazing nowadays. They know the right angle to give you a perfect silhoutte. And the wonders of Photoshop!!! I actually have time till October to lose weight. That's when people actually see you. LOL!
